Chakradance Classes

Bring your own yoga pillow if you have one; if not, I have a few extra. This is like yoga meditation, but with dance. If you are attending a class, please contact me at least one day ahead of time so I have the right number of handouts and equipment. You may call/text 518-897-6148 or email me at Danceintherainhealing@gmail.com. Classes are $15 per class or 10 classes for $135 (a $15 savings). Chakradance is a method of self-healing. As facilitator, I narrate through >span class="fontstyle01">color of the energy center we are working on. All are welcome. If you cannot sit on the floor, you may sit in a chair during the meditation and Mandala Art. If you cannot be on your feet for a long time, you may sit in a chair to do the dance. Classes only run while Saranac School District is in session. If there is a Snow Day, class will be cancelled.
