Lashway's is a family-owned Custom Butchering and Processing business operating in Saranac since the early 1960's. Our custom meat market includes slaughtering, cutting, wrapping, and smoking of pork, beef, deer, goat, and lamb. We also do jerky and sausage. We are open Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
